GOLF SIMULATOR FAQ

• Do I need a reservation? It is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome as long as we have a bay available. You can book a tee time online here. 
• Do I need my own clubs? While we always recommend bringing your own golf clubs, we are happy to loan clubs to you for your session.
• Do I need to do anything to prepare for my session? Please arrive with clean golf clubs and golf balls
• Do I need my own balls? We recommend you bring the balls you normally play, as this will provide you with the most accurate readings. We are happy to provide balls if needed.
• How long does it take to play a round? A single golfer should be able to complete 18 holes within an hour. A group of 4 should be able to complete 9 holes in an hour. This will depend on skill level, pace of play, and whether you choose to putt.
• Can I just practice? Yes. Trackman provides a variety of practice options, including the Shot Analysis range, a Strokes Gained range, the Combine, mini games, and more.
• Can I calibrate my distances for different locations? Yes! Trackman allows the user to alter altitude and temperature settings to simulate golf in different locations around the world. Just ask us how to change these settings and we will get you dialed in.
• How do I pay? We do not require pre-payment. You may pay in-store when you arrive. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please give us a call so we can open up the spot for someone else.
• Are food and drink available? We sell non-alcoholic beverages, seltzer waters, and a variety of KIND bars.
• Are the simulators complicated to use? While there is a learning curve using Trackman, we will guide you through the process of using and understanding the system.
